We offer world wide shipping. All orders are shipped on the same weekday, or the weekday after your order has been placed.
Sweden: 60 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 1500 SEK. Delivery with DHL Service point.
European Union: €15. Free delivery on all orders over €300. Delivery with UPS.
Rest of the world:
Sweden: 1-3 working days
Rest of the world: 2-8 working days.
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Shipping within Sweden
Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest Service Point for collection. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive DHL tracking number by email and parcel can be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se. DHL will inform you by SMS or Email once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Séfr Séfr.
Returning/exchanging your order
At Séfr Séfr we offer a return period of 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed. You have the right to open the package and check the content but all products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Complete the return form and enclose it together with the returned products. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Séfr Séfr is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Séfr Séfr receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. If you have used Klarna or Paypal you will be informed about the return via email.
